What can a Professional coach do for me?

A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with  clients, I help them stay motivated and on-task, moving toward long term far-reaching goals, it is as simple and complicated as that.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

For life coaching to be successful there needs to be commitment to make the changes that are set out along the way. You need to be bought into and trust the process whole heartedly.  I am committed to your journey too, that's why it's a partnership.

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together, this is known as a 'chemistry call' and what our next steps should be from here. We will discuss questions that you may have like: 

"is life coaching for me?" or "what can a Professional coach help me with?" We will also discuss what coaching is and what it isn't.

Where are you located?

I have premises in North Yorkshire and London, but wherever possible I try to use video conferencing as this helps keep the cost down for the client and means we can reach a wider audience. There are many benefits for this approach. Professional business, career or life coaching doesn't have to be done in person, though this can be beneficial in some cases, but technology has enabled people to have face to face conversations from the comfort of your own home and I often find this helps the client be more relaxed in their own environment.
