Coaching Package A
Comprises 6 x 1 Hour sessions over a minimum of 6 weeks.
The coaching sessions can be face to face (this is subject to travel expenses) or via video conferencing we use Zoom video conferencing, Face-time and Skype. Pricing is discussed after we have had an initial free consultation. We don't make any commitments until we know we work well together, it's an important commitment from both parties.
Package B
Coaching Package B
Comprises 12 x 1 hour sessions with an Energy Leadership Psychometric assessment at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
The coaching sessions can be face to face (subject to travel expenses) or via video conferencing, we use Zoom predominantly, but can use Face-time or Skype. Pricing is discussed after we have had an initial free consultation. We don't make any commitments until we know we work well together, it's an important commitment from both parties.
Pay as you go Coaching
Pay as you go Coaching
This is a unique way to start coaching without the expense of a full coaching package. Price is per hour either face to face (excludes cost of travel) or via video conferencing. For meaningful change we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.
The cost of 1-2-1 pay as you go coaching is £75 per hour. The initial consultation is Free, to determine our compatibility.

The E.L.I. is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach using the E.L.I., you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your conscious you, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
